Meal Plan

It feels good to eat healthy and well 
Here is a sample meal plan for one day which would provide a well balanced variety of healthy and satisfying foods.
We will work together to put the right meal plan and balance of foods together for you!

1/2 cup museli or oats

1/2 cup yoghurt or milk

Mixed strawberries and berries

Drizzle of honey

1 wholegrain/sourdough toast with avocado

2 Eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 slices wholegrain/sourdough toast
Grilled tomato/spinach/mushrooms
Lean meat or chicken
1/2 cup green beans
Small sweet potatoe
1/2 cup Quinoa
Mixed leafy greens, red capsicum and onion salad
Mid morning
1 Apple
3 crispbreads
100gms of Tuna
Sliced tomatoe and cucumber
1/2 cup carrots/capsicum/celery
1 serve Hommus dip
1 serve nuts
