Meal Plan

It feels good to eat healthy and well 
Here is a sample meal plan for one day which would provide a well balanced variety of healthy and satisfying foods.

1/2 cup museli or oats

1/2 cup yoghurt or milk

Mixed strawberries and berries

Drizzle of honey

2 Eggs
1 wholegrain/sourdough toast with 1/2 cup cottage cheese
Grilled tomato/spinach/mushrooms
Mixed salad leaves
Grilled Lean meat or poultry
1/2 cup steamed green beans with spinach, yellow capsicum and onion salad
Serve of sweet potato mash or home made chips
Mid morning
2 Ryvitas with avocado and sliced tomatoe and cucumber 
1 Apple / Mandarin / Banana 
1 serve unsalted mixed nuts
